Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Premaitha kicks itself in gonads & Cabot, did the ex CEO insider deal or not?

First things first. If you want free booze, canapes, a chance to see me rip Dominic Frisby apart on blockchain and bitcoin and to hear presentations from and quiz Falanx (FLX) and Premaitha (NIPT) then book a seat for 16 October in central London HERE.  In today's podcast I look at Premaitha (NIPT), Avanti Communicatiuons (AVN), Cabot Energy (CAB) and the scandal it won't discuss, Greka Drilling (GDL), SpaceandPeople (SAL) and add to Gary's piece on a CEO who should be going straight to jail and not collecting £400 on the way, Brian McMaster of Jangada Mines (JAN).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Lyin' Steve now you really are taking the piss

In this podcast I look at Fronterra (FRR) where I'm vindicated and my twitter pest of the week - a detergent salesman - is now even more out of pocket. I look at Greka Drilling (GDL) and at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) where Lyin' Steve is now really taking the piss with his 0.4p options. Finally I wonder how close is Totally (TLY) to needing a bailout placing. With Allenby of Servision (SEV) infamy and the chap who assisted Quindell (QPP) at Cenkos on board it has a broking dream team in place. I take a detailed look. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 - THIS SATURDAY - one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.

G3 Exploration, formerly Green Dragon Gas, and Greka Drilling - have you heard about the $12.5 million fine, the record falsifying and worse?

Anyone owning shares in G3 Exploration (G3E), the howler formerly known as Green Dragon Gas, or Greka Drilling (GDL) is bonkers given that both companies are in a parlous financial state but also given their track record of swimming through seas of red flags. Remember the bloody dossier? Well here is another massive red flag from the sister company also run by Randeep S Grewal, California based Greka Oil & Gas.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast:Would you invent Mothercare if it didn't exist and Westminster's quandry

Apologies for the lack of a bearcast yesterday, I was just feeling tired and hacked off with the world of work. So you can have two today. I start with a look at the markets covering Greka Drilling (GDL) and related party dog Green Dragon (GDG). Then it is onto Mothercare (MTC), BCA Marketplace (BCA), On Line (ONL) and finally in some detail Westminster Group (WSG) where I wonder if the curse of Tony Baldry is about to strike.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Mosman is avin a giraffe, Drain the swamp!

I have a few more words on the Triumph of The Donald and the demise of Crooked Hillary. Ha! But my main thoughts on that are HERE. Then I look at Avanti Communications (AVN), Andalas (ADL), Green Dragon (GDG) and Greka Drilling (GDL) before having a detailed look at Mosman (MSMN) shares in which are up by 260% today which is bonkers.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I have a proposition for PR fecking genius Steffi

I start with a quick discussion on how we in the UK just don't get US politics and explain why Donald Trump will win - in fact he is already 8% ahead you read it HERE first! Then I explain why Peel Hunt is probably going to bully me with a lawyers letter regarding the Berkeley Energia (BKY) note HERE.  My proposition for Steffi is not to make an honest woman of her...that would be going too far but concerns her worthless client Golden Saint Resources (GSR) and is prompted by her unhappiness at my earlier Bearcast Special HERE. I look at Andalas (ADL), Greka Drilling (GDL) and BlueRock Diamonds (BRD). I am now trying to renew my father's parking permit with Warwickshire County Council and have been kept hanging on a line for ages by the incompetent bastards. String em up with piano wire..

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The London Stockmarket is rigged & devoid of moral compass: ref Falcon & Greka

The market is bent and no-one cares. Well I do and will be raising a number of issues at the AGM of the London Stock Exchange next week and hope you will join myself and Lucian there. In this podcast I cover moral choices about who you do business with and some nasty shocks in store for certain folks at www.UKInvestorshow.com then look at how markets are rigged and bent, leaving all involved just fealing sordid. I look at both Greka Drilling (GDL) and Falcon Acquisitions (FAL) as case studies.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast St David's Day: Sheep Porn, Barclays & More Horse Shite

In today's St David's Day podcast I wish my Welsh listeners a happy national day and - especially for you - discuss why sheep porn matters. I then move onto Horse Hill and today's news and why Ben Turney and the other silly rampers are talking shit.  To make it simple, I use the analogy of Ms Cheryl Cole and Mr Wayne Rooney. I discuss African Potash (AFPO), letters of credit and thus Environmental Recycling (ENRT) and its fellow FRAUD Eden Research (EDEN). Its PR man Queenie McManus is - I assume - still smearing me as he chats to his pals the Bulletin Board Morons - but the company refuses to meet for an interview. What - other than fraud - is it hiding? I discuss Greka Drilling (GDL) as it heads down the pan and - after today's results from Barclays (BARC) - banks in general and why Old Getafix is wrong to be such a bull.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 18 Feb: PR Man Paul McManus of Walbrook - stop jerking off, stop smearing me & take the Eden Challenge

I urge you to follow the Quindell (QPP) lunatic Steamy, aka Marc Rowlands and sign a petition to Parliament if only to discredit the whole process. As an aside you now know the 322 stupidest people investing in AIM. I have a challenge for the lying toe-rag Paul McManus who does PR for FRAUD Eden Research (EDEN). I discuss Horse Hill stocks, Servision (SEV), Iofina (IOF) and Greka Drilling (GDL)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 5 February - Do NOT overpay for Adam Reynolds "magic"

The story of the day is Frontier Resources (FRI) and Adam Reynolds. Yes we were in on the placing and have bought more pre bearcast but some folks are overpaying big time. Far be it from me to talk down the value of a stock we own but I do just that and urge folks not to be mad and overpay. Then it is onto Bahamas Petroleum (BPC), Phorm (PHRM), Fusionex (FXI) - target price 0p - Greka Drilling (GDL) - ditto - and Glenwick (GWIK)

Greka Drilling Operations Update - surely this company is bankrupt?

AIM Casino traded Greka Drilling (GDL) was born out of Green Dragon Gas (GDG). It was financial engineering designed to create the (false) impression of value creation. An operations update today is noteable for what it does not say rather than what it does because the reality is that this £14.7 million capitalised company is bust and has been for a while. The target price for the shares, now 3.7p, is 0p. Zero.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 5 January - Odey gets fingers burned badly on Home Retail - remember the Young Ones?

Apparently when going short of Home Retail (HOME) uber-posh fund manager Crispin Odey made some fairly nasty comments about poor people (aka folks who buy shares in David Lenigas companies). Well he has been burned today and that reminds me of a classic episode of The Young Ones (see below).  I reflect on why shorting is a bad risk reward play and what that means and also on the idiocy of buying by following fund managers. I mention Tungsten (TUNG) and Allied Minds (ALM) in this respect. Elsewhere I ponder Totally (TLY) and the wisdom - in this case - of Wildes and then Greka Drilling (GDL), Evocutis (EVO) and Golden Saint (GSR).

A Delay in results is nearly ALWAYS bad News

I compare and contrast two companies here: Totally (TLY) and Greka Drilling (GDL). The matter is the question of a delay in results.

The old market adage is that results are never delayed because of good news. The reality is that as a CEO you want good news out there in the market so that your share price goes up, folks write nice things about you on Bulletin Boards rather than accusing you of being even more useless than Tom Winnifrith, shareholders send you chocolates rather than shit in the post, etc, etc.

Like father like son, today it is Greka Drilling spinning a profits warning as good news

Yesterday I flagged up how AIM Cesspit listed Green Dragon Gas (GDG) was happily issuing a grotesquely misleading RNS – see HERE. Today it is Greka Drilling (GDL), the spin-off company, which is spinning bad news as good and so legging over private investors. You think this is wrong? No this is AIM and it happens every day.

By way of background Greka Drilling’s last interims (for the six months to June 30th) showed that the company had NEGATIVE net current assets and was bleeding cash. Oddly trade receivables fell by a lot less than sales (draw your own conclusions) and it is pretty clear that the second half was just as grisly.

Last year the company announced its prelims on March 7. This year we are almost half way through May and still no results. The old market adage is that “companies do not delay results for good reasons.”

Greka quite obviously needs a refinancing.

Greka Drilling – No Reason for share price movement? Its 'avin a larf

AIM Cesspit listed Greka Drilling (GDL) today says that there is no reason for its share price movement (down). Really? I would like to offer up several reasons why the shares could continue to fall, on the basis that this company is just not a very good one. I phrase that diplomatically.

Green Dragon & Greka Drilling - why no statement on the explosive dossier + cash?

On the 4th October I published an explosive dossier on AIM listed Green Dragon Gas (GDG) which contained photos of environmental destruction and bloodied Chinese villagers. The company had been passed the dossier 5 days earlier for comment and its spokesman (Mr Philip Dennis of uber expensive PR firm Bell Pottinger) promised a response on 4th October. There has been no comment.
